Support
Rosenberg.Media exists because much of modern PR has drifted away from how people actually communicate. Too much focus is placed on risk management, controlling language, and sounding polished, often at the expense of authenticity.
Our work takes a different approach. We help leaders and organisations communicate clearly and confidently in situations where attention, pressure, and public judgement are unavoidable. The emphasis is on saying the right things in a way that feels natural, defensible, and true to who you are, rather than relying on scripts or corporate language.
Because we work in and around the media every day, our advice is grounded in reality, not theory. That perspective carries through everything we do, from strategic PR and profile building to media training and advisory support. Where political or policy context matters, we bring that understanding into the work quietly and responsibly, so communications reflect the world as it is, not as a briefing note describes it.
The result is PR and communications that build trust over time, support real decision-making, and stand up to scrutiny.

How you can work with us
We support clients in different ways depending on their stage, pressure points, and internal capability. Some need targeted project support around a specific issue or moment. Others need strategic advice at board or leadership level. Some require ongoing PR support to manage visibility, reputation, and stakeholder confidence over time.
Our role is always to bring clarity, structure, and judgement, and to help clients communicate in a way that feels human, credible, and defensible.

Project work is suited to organisations facing a defined moment or challenge. This might include a policy announcement, regulatory change, reputational issue, leadership transition, campaign launch, or period of heightened scrutiny.
We work hand-in-glove with clients to understand the issue, the political and media context, and the audiences that matter. From there, we develop a clear narrative, messaging framework, and engagement plan that aligns public communication with policy reality.
Project support can include media strategy, message development, stakeholder mapping, political context analysis, and communications planning. Where appropriate, this also includes preparation for media engagement or public response.
This model is often used by organisations that want senior input and structured thinking without committing to long-term retained PR.

For organisations operating in the public eye, ongoing PR support provides consistency and discipline over time.
Retained work focuses on building and protecting reputation through sustained narrative development, proactive media engagement, and clear spokesperson positioning. The aim is not constant noise, but steady credibility, so that when scrutiny increases, the organisation is already understood and trusted.
This includes proactive media relations, commentary positioning, messaging refreshes, and regular strategic reviews. Where policy context is relevant, PR activity is aligned with political developments so public messaging and reality do not drift apart.
We work selectively on a retained basis and keep client rosters deliberately small. This ensures senior involvement, honest feedback, and work that reflects how communications actually operate rather than how they are presented in theory.

Policy support at Rosenberg.Media is communications-led. We focus on helping organisations explain issues clearly, engage responsibly, and build understanding among stakeholders, the media, and decision-makers.
Lawrence brings direct policy experience, including work on prescribed medicinal cannabis reform and protecting vulnerable pensioners from harmful investment changes, as well as previous leadership of an international think tank and close relationships with former G7 ministers and senior policy figures.
This experience informs how we approach policy-related communications. If people do not understand an issue, they do not care about it. If they do not care, momentum rarely builds. Our role is to help clients make complex policy questions accessible, credible, and grounded in real-world impact.
Support can range from insight and narrative development to communications planning that aligns media, stakeholder engagement, and political context.

Some clients do not need day-to-day PR execution. They need a trusted advisor who understands media, politics, and public perception, and can provide clear, independent advice at critical moments.
Strategic advisory support focuses on helping leaders make informed decisions about what to say, when to say it, and when not to say anything at all. This can include counsel ahead of major announcements, guidance during periods of uncertainty, or quiet preparation for potential future issues.
This work is often confidential and sits alongside existing internal teams or external advisers. The value lies in judgment, experience, and the ability to see how decisions will land publicly before they are taken.
